REFUND POLICY
At Flora Fantasy, we take great pride in creating beautiful floral arrangements and delivering fresh flowers to our valued customers. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our refund policy below: Order Cancellations: Cancellations made at least 3 days before the scheduled delivery or pickup date are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made 1–2 days before the delivery date will receive a 50% refund. Same-day cancellations or cancellations after the order has been prepared or dispatched are non-refundable. Freshness & Quality Issues: If your flowers arrive damaged, wilted, or not as described, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We may offer a replacement, store credit, or full refund, depending on the nature of the issue and photographic evidence provided. Incorrect Delivery Information: If incorrect recipient information is provided and we are unable to complete the delivery, the order is non-refundable. However, we will make reasonable efforts to re-deliver (additional charges may apply). Custom Arrangements & Event Orders: Custom floral arrangements or large event orders (e.g., weddings) require a deposit.
